However, the rest rooms and toilets at the State civil secretariat buildings are yet to be upgraded to underlie nowadays aesthetics.

The Governor's Office is a well maintained area with adequate security and good roads, but the adjoining roads to inner communities are in terrible state and you wonder if there's a government in existence at all.
The environment is quiet and calm, the view is nice and the parking space is wide!
