They are taught the fundamental skills every good leader should possess. The institution is managed by highly intellectually sound professional, and the lecturers/facilitators are experts in their various fields, and they show so much enthusiasm about the development and growth of young leaders irrespective of their location.

I strongly believe that we would be headed for a greater future should we adopt the learning at this centre as a prerequisite for taking up leadership in Nigeria.
