I wanted to like this place so much. Nice ambience. They were also very courteous and welcoming so I decided try the mani-pedi. Pro: The soaking, scrubbing and lotion part of the pedicure and manicure service was detailed and well done. Polite staff Con: The entire process took too long! 3hours and I was the first person in the salon with no customers. Most of the time was wasted switching who attended to me multiple times, and then the person walking around trying to find their equipment or fidgeting overall. - The nail polish colors aren't organized - just thrown in a bowl, so you're not able to easily see available colors to pick. Most other salons have it on a shelf. The technician also spent so much time looking for the base and top coat due to the disorganization. - Painting wasn't done cleanly. Had to draw their attention to it occasionally - They said the gel polish would last at least 1 month and it never comes off. By day 3, my nail polish was peeling and cracking. - I came back to have 3 finger nails repainted, and this took about 1 hour! At the end, we all agreed that it was a very sloppy and horrid job. Used the wrong coats for the base and top coat, painted all over my skin, my skin was hurt as they tried to scrape off the gel, bumpy polish with air bubbles. I got tired of directing her and pointing out the issues. Again, just repainting 3 finger nails took 2 staff. Since this was my left fingers, I honestly regretted not polishing it myself! They apologized and asked me to come back the next day to have it redone yet again. At this point, I'll just give my nails a break and accept my misfortune. The experience is more of a 2.5 stars. I wont recommend.
