WARNING DO NOT USE LEGEND. They have the worst customer service ever. And service goes out it would take them a month to fix. To start with my installation took over 6 months. I begged for refund and they refused to give me. I had to wait for six months later for them to come and install my internet. They are the worst.

Disclaimer! This review is not about the product itself (i.e. the speed of internet connectivity) but about the customer service. The company needs to improve its public image and change the poor perception of customers. I paid for the service since July 9, 2020. As at January 5, 2021, installation is yet to be completed. Unfortunately, the customer care number provided by the company seems inactive; this makes it impossible to follow up with the installation virtually. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I went to their office, but the customer care representatives seem clueless, nonchalant and were in no way helpful. For the aforementioned reasons, I do not recommend this service provider. Edit: One month after installation and activation, the service has been great, minimal buffering just as advertised. If you do not mind the terrible customer service, you can opt in for the service.

DO NOT waste your time with this company. Three months ago my company paid for their services, they were supposed to complete it in three weeks, can you imaging that till today, Sep 14 2020 its only pipe we saw plus when we asked for refund, that same day they came to remove the incomplete materials and for two weeks now we have not seen alert of refund and they said our account is rejecting the refund they sent. a Joke!

Do not bother patronizing this company. They do not keep to their promises as regards timing of installation & their customer service is terrible. It took them a month (they promised to get it done within 2 weeks) from the date I made payment to start the installation process at my home. I recommend Cyberspace or cool link as they’re quicker and more serious.

Don’t waste your time with these useless company and their workers. I made my payment 6 weeks ago nothing has be done, no installation, nothing at all. I have been calling and emailing to no pick ups or replies. I’m currently fighting them to get a refund. Advice don’t waste your time with them. Edit: So I was connected in May 2020 and I have been using Legend since then. Since I got connected the internet has been fantastic, no problem at all.

DON'T BUY THIS FOR YOUR OWN SAKE! Very POOR customer service. Disappointed with my experience so far, I expected better but unfortunately the company has no ethics or morals. I was so excited to start using Legend because I really thought they were the best internet service provider in Abuja but I was wrong. I made payment for my internet router over two months ago and they mentioned that the entire process will take about 3 weeks however it's been more than 2 months now and still nothing, they've started connecting the wire then they stopped completely, i just have some long wire in my office without the router or anything else. Before I made payment they were very responsive, I was in contact with Daniel and he kept answering my emails and calls however after I made payment he stopped replying my emails or messages because they got the sale. I've been trying to call them but no one is answering. The management seriously need to do some work on the company and the employees because the way they treat their customers is appalling. The people in charge should actually take a look at the day to day operations so they can see how inefficient their team is. I don't know why this is the case but they need to fix this. This is by far the worst experience I've had with any internet service provider. They keep sending me emails saying that someone is coming for the "survey" but they only came once then they stopped coming. They made a hole in my office and connected the wire and just left it like that for over a week. I've been calling but no one is answering. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
