Poor quality of service, not responsive and very very unprofessional. I had a health emergency and went to Limi hospital from where they were emailed for approval for drugs for my son. We waited from 9pm to about 10pm without any response. In between this time you're numbers were severally called but no response. The next day we returned about 2:30pm for the same reason and same thing happened, and after several calls and the customer service lady finally picked, while I was still complaining she was so rude on the phone and hung up on me. I got mad and had to leave. Given a chance I'll quickly withdraw myself and family from your HMO, and I'll not be crazy enough to refer anyone to this HMO. Never had this sort of problem with my previous HMO, you guys seriously need to sit up!
