The road leading to the estate has been in a poor state for ages... Nothing is being done to put the road in a good condition. Most of the houses in the estate are old, Mobile network around the estate is very bad, one has to go outside his house to get a good network..On a positive note, the houses in the estate are cheap and affordable for rent..

The estate feels OK with nice arrangements and few vacant apartments, I was actually in search of a single room self contain with flexible payment options for a corp member and a friend and was opportuned to see a few along with other vacancies for both shop space and houses. Nice arrangements, security, light, and serene environment and school for kids within the estate.

Typical story of a Nigerian episode, once a BEAUTIFUL estate worth spending every penny but now HELL NO, I wont advise anyone to go living there or dare wanna buy a property in it, and here are my reasons, 1: for the ones the want to rent and live there, the security is terrible, people living in it will paint the scene to be the dwelling place of angels, run for your dear life cause is a lie. 2: for the other branch that wants to buy houses there, they don't give C of O, because is a government property, one blessed day you will be kicked out by the government. BE WARNED
I was there yesterday around 8.30pm to drop a passenger , she called me all sort of names like poor man , hungry man etc because she wanted to transfer money to my account , I told her that I will confirm the transaction in a polite manner before leaving, that's all,.
