It is cool, to while away time and see some animals, most especially different types of monkeys families
like
It's a place to hangout with family and friends for picnics and visits. There is a museum as well as the Zoo. The animals are well taken care of and the friendly MUSA the donkey allowed us a pics with him. It Has most of it's animals living as though they are in their natural habits which is a good one. If the right measures are put in place FUNAB ZOO would become one of the best zoo's around. We had fun @ the place and the zoo guides were nice and accommodating. There are so many historical and nature wonders in ABEOKUTA.

The park would indeed be an exciting place to tour if it had proper directions that I wouldn't need a guide to find my way. Compared to other main zoological gardens, it's neat but needs more animals to attract tourists/visitors. Although it's safe for kids.
