If there was a star lower than one, they would get it..I had gone there for malaria,typhoid and blood count test by 9am at 5.45Pm posting this, my results are yet to get to me. Their customer care line is basically useless cause they hardly pick. Waste of money. Had to.have my test done somewhere else. If my life depended on them, I'll be dead. And it's 9.48 pm and mr results aren't out and I've called over 50 times. Very incompetent. Wouldn't recommend for an emergency

A diagnostic laboratory with relatively more than equipment and slightly better medical diagnosis than its peers. The services are just okay and nothing out of the ordinary. I do not think the price for the diagnostic test is commensurate with the service. No extra or additional service like interpretation and follow up. It's just like your regular diagnostic laboratory except that they appear to be more reliable and have relatively more modern test kits. The employees do not appear like the best around but I think that they are not quacks. So gives some level of comfort.

Difficult to locate because there's hardly any signage outside. There's no dedicated parking in front of the building. Their services are however top notch. You can count on whatever result you get from them.
