It's getting better by the day. When the reconstruction is completely done it we be a great place to visit.
Needs a lot of improvement. Water and electricity isn't stable I guess that's why the call it a budget hotel.. It's the former Uniben Guest house under another management
It is a very nice place to stay, clean and neat rooms but staff needs to work on customer service
I think there should be more thoughtfulness in the room setup. It's the little things that show care in the hospitality business. The room had no footmat so that was quite uncomfortable having to rub my feet together before getting on the bed. The power socket was miles from the bed so there's no way to use your phone, charge it and lie down all at once. No hangers in the closet (what am I s'posed to do with my clothes?) The signal quality for several TV stations was bad and the restroom had this small yet terrible leak. Is it too much to expect WiFi services here? Oh, did I mention a rodent paid a surprise visit to my room? They claim the Inn is under new management. I firmly believe some investments need to be made to revamp the place. Thr potential is there- someone there just needs to think and execute.
It a cool place for overnight stays and on shor duration in Uniben. It located inside the campus. It is calm and quiet and 24hr power available. Its price range from 6000- 12500. It has a resturant and bar but with limited options to eat and drink.
