I had a very very very terrible service with scantrik diagnostic. How could you make an error in releasing HIV test result . You sent me a positive HIV test result without due diligence. You called me after 5 days to come for a repeat. Only to discover that your initial result was false . I have done same test in 5 different authorized laboratory here in Benin and all came out negative. When I came for the test at your place for the second time ,it was negative . Your lab technician was tendering some apologies for the error , however I am forced to ask if there is an SOP ( standard operating procedure) in releasing a RVS positive to a patient. You practically sent a posive RVS report without counseling , this is an outright violation of the procedure on HIV as contained in the WHO charter as concerns HIV and PLIV . You have caused me a lots of Psychological trauma ,pains , money and inconvenience. Well I have made a formal complaint to my legal advicers,which you will hear from them shortly . Regards
