This guest house is owned by the federal polytechnic EDE. It is a place of refreshment especially for the lecturers of the institution. You can get all sorts of food and assorted in this guest house, it is a usual meeting place for lecturers who likes to cool off the day before going home. It is situated in the school premises along the Directorate of Student affairs in the school. Notable and principal staffs of the school are mostly found here. There is a table tennis there which is the most commonly played game among the elites in the school. Although, students can also refresh here, but not too common because there are other refreshment centres in the campus with lesser price list.
