Much improvements is needed in terms of Service delivery. I think the rooms and the toilet facilities should thoroughly washed or renovated. Asides the quietness and serenity around the hotel, it is not much of a great place to lodge. I believe more value can be offered for the money paid.

The facilities are decent (only just). Considering that the structures are old though some level of renovation and modernisation have been done. Fittings, television and furniture are not so modern. The rooms are big and clean. The toilet and bath are just passable. The bath in the room I stayed drained too slowly. Notwithstanding, the Guest House makes up with beautiful environment and security (being in a university premises). Guest have complementary wifi service which is quite fast. Worthy of mention is that the staff are polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant are a bit pricey for the quality - N2,000 per plate. Room rates range from N12,500 to N30,000.
A very conducive environment, less noise, steady light and clean environment. The prices ranges from 5400 to 8900 depending on the type of room. Wonderful customer service. Parking space is good. Good food around. Overall, it's cozy and affordable.
University of Ibadan is a nice place to lodge, even the staffs are hospitable and the guest house has rooms for as low as 5,000 naira.
They had lights out from 1am till 5am with no excuse or apologises. The 7500 rooms are better than the 8400 rooms
