I have been using AB Logistics for over a year now and I love their professionalism, customer service, and pricing. Gbemi has also been of great help when I want to book packages via DHL, and their rates are 2-3 times cheaper than when I walk into a DHL store!
This is ridiculous, I paid 9k for packages that were never delivered, to make it worse you had no idea where one package was until the dispatch returned it, my second package is no where to be found, are you guys mad ??? That package cost me money and all you can say is someone has to bare the loss for your incompetence and the person is the customer, I don’t blame you, honestly you think 9k is loss, your business won’t progress, how dare you ignore me

The company is good but you have to be following up with them if you want your package to be delivered in less than 2 weeks.
Very bad experience. Had an agreement with them that they will come pick up my package, paid for delivery only for them not to come. Saying that my place is too far that I should come drop it off in their office, why didn't you tell me before I paid? Who does that
