Their logo is reliable smth. Yet it is extremely unreliable on all routes. From Benin to Lagos , 4 hours delay, Lagos to Abuja another 4 hours and the list goes on and on. They have no social media presence so you can’t really contact them easily. Tragic ! They should close down please !

First time using Aero from Lagos to Abuja for the BlueHATS CCTV Team was on 24th Feb, 2021 @MMA2, Ikeja

Very unrealiable airline. First got shouted at by one attendant at the Abuja check in desk that weighs luggage-Tall and Light skinned young man. Flight delayed for about 3 hours from Abuja to Benin. Then return flight got delayed by over 3 hours from Benin to Abuja. The staff gave an excuse that the pilots license needed renewal and it will be resolved within an hour. One hours turns to 4 hours. No further explanation was provided. We just all sat waiting with whatever little hope we had left. FAAN needs to step in on behalf of Nigerians. There has to be some customer protection. This has gone on for too long.

Located at MM2. There was no delay . The flight departure time was right on schedule. Regular updates on the flight about location and distance covered. It was overall a pleasant trip.

Poor, very poor. 7.15 flight delayed till 10.30. Wasn't a good experience but thank God we arrived Benin safely. Pls improve on your timings
