I really didn't think any company in Nigeria had so much value still left in them....I am really so impressed .....I ordered for goods and because of the lockdown , they asked me to make payment before delivery, I was very scared and skeptical about it cos this Nigeria ehn...but then I said I'll just give them a trial...so I paid in 3.8M and later on they called that someone had just purchased the items I paid for cos I delayed really long , I needed to be sure I could trust them...when they go back to me , I just felt this is it...I'm finally finished .they had stolen my money, only go me to get a call within 3mins asking me for my account details for a refund , I was so shocked, I immediately sent the details and within minutes my 3.8M was back in my account safe and secure...I couldn't believe it....with an additional apology note stating that it wasn't their fault...I didn't pay on time..Amd i sincerely understood. This singular act really built my faith in them..then I had another order to deliver , I contacted them , made my payment almost immediately and my goods just arrived , Swift response, professionalism and super customer care service .. I am really so proud to find such reputable companies still exist in this country...Kudos cleaneat! More businesses to come.

I have never used Cleaneat's services so cannot comment on that However I was encouraged by the 4.5 rating on Google and seemingly professional website, so I purchased one of the items they have for sale. After paying N80,000, the product was delivered quickly and with only a small hiccup with their dispatch person. I then discovered that the product which should have included batteries did not. For such an expensive item, I felt the process should have been better handled and contacted the same person I had made the order through, over their highly publicized whatsapp number. The below exchange had me floored beyond anything I have ever experienced in customer service since moving to Nigeria. A complete and utter disregard for customers and product value. I do not know anything about Cleaneat's other services, but would strongly encourage others to learn from my mistake and not purchase from a vendor they have had no experience with, particularly this one.
