Dead place. Very easy & eager to collect payment & blood samples. But won't deliver test results as at when due. Calling and they only have a landline for the Ikeja centre which is very unclear.

The waiting time is just stupidly too long. The technician or the person to perform the test is no where to be found while patients waited patiently since 07:30 am. This is 09:26, no one to perform the test. There is no efficiency in what they do. The secretary is using phone to chase whoever will perform the test. This is ridiculous, no reliable phone number to call for proper communication. This lab. doesn't deserve where government used for covid-19 test.

Syn Lab is better than Clina Lancet in terms of crowd handling as well as response from employees. Its been 3 days and still i am waiting for my reports.

Do not bother calling the landlines because your calls will hang on answering machine for a long time without a representative's response, just go to the Lab for your test. They have professionals to handle your test

Organization was good. Wait time slightly long as there were many testers on ground but in time it got to everyone and we were done.
