I'm quite impressed with their services. The patients influx here is amazing which makes me think they are actually doing something right. The staffs(Admins, Doctors, Nurses, Janitors) are young and agile professionals who are happy doing their jobs. Oak Hospital is indeed touching lives in Ikorodu enrivons. Well done guys.

It's a very good hospital my favorite. Some nurses and doctors need to improve move on interpersonal skill. Dr orji and the lady doctor are. Customers favorite. The nurses don't hand over properly. My baby was nearly given an overdose injection. Please train your nurses. Otherwise it's a good hospital.

The service delivery is very poor!!!!!. if you're patronising them regardless of the complaint be rest assured that you're using nothing less than 2hrs before seeing a doctor.. your ailment will have almost killed you while sitting and waiting to be attended to.infact no difference with the so called general hospital

Oak hospital, a few years ago was our local hospital. Owned by Dr. Kalejaiye, good doctor and well mannered. It is one of the best hospitals in Ikorodu. The doctors, laboratory technicians, nurses, pharmacy and other staff are okay. More can still be done to improve their services. As we all know, it is not easy to get staff to the desired level of quality service. Recently, it had a face lift and expanded to be able to give more services and accept more patients. It is one of the few hospitals that can be recommended in Ikorodu.

Bad customer service. Took 2hrs to finally get to see a doctor. Another 3hrs to finally get drugs which was just paracetamol and malaria drug. In fact, I was extra ill after leaving the place

If you don’t want to die prematurely. Do not go or take your family to this hospital. These guys killed my sister last Saturday. She comes in for ordinary backache and was administered an injection that sent her into cardiac arrest. What a shame of a place, not only were the staff rude and unprofessional, they showed no regards for human life. Why join the medical profession in the first place. God will punish all the people that are responsible for her death!

Well take my words as I say it, because I say things exactly the way I see them. I recently moved to Ikorodu, after about two weeks, I developed fever so I decided to check for hospitals in Ikorodu online. I stepped on OAKS Hospital, but I was a bit disappointed at the comments of everyone talking about their bad customers services. I resolved to go to another hospital which had better ratings online, but on getting out of my house, I got to discover that OAK Hospital was in fact the closest to me, so I decided to give it a try. I will say that their services in general is just like every standard private hospital, hmmm I think there is influx of people in the hospital due to it's accessibility and it's popularity. The young man who and the female nurse who attended to me in the counter were nice. The Doctor that attended to me was very friendly and likable, except for the loquacious stupid female lab scientist who was very rude and might likely not have a good home if she retains the same irksome and irritating behavior she displayed at my first encounter in the hospital, the people there were so unprofessional and they lack manners. So in general the hospital is okay and the fees is a bit not too much like every standard hospital in Lagos. But if everyone that has ever been to that hospital has been making one form of complaints about the customers services of the hospital in general, then i believe the Director of the Hospital has to take responsibility by making sure that they enlighten their staffs that on how to behave and talk to their patients, because honestly I'm still ranting and angry in my mind at the attitude of that stupid female lab scientist with tribal marks. That's my take sha.
