This is the central place where the pensions and gratuities of Kwara State workers are processed. The staff caters for the retirees and estate of deceased employees of the state. The office workflow seem to be relatively easy to track not online but because many of staff are nice. Getting paid your gratuity or pension doesn't solely lie with them as the state government gives directives on the release of funds. The delay/lack of payments of pensions and gratuities can really be frustrating.
