Shapes and fitness is the best gym in Ilorin! Not because of it's aesthetics but because of the spirit of oneness and brotherhood that exists amongst the trainers and clients. Every session is therapeutic! You should experience it!
My experience at Shapes and Fitness was simply amazing. The trainers are professionals who care enough to push you as far as required without overdoing things. Diet plans and advise on healthy Living patterns were also passed out freely. The environment has a homely feeling to it and ensures that all who are in its vicinity feel compelled to always come back.
The major reason why I like Sparta is cos of attention There’s no point of going to a gym if you won’t be taught how to workout the right way Sooooo..... you as My trainer is pretty cool I know I won’t have lost weight like this if you did not give me the attention I needed
My weightloss journey kickstarted from this particular agency/place I was weighing over over 120kg and now I weigh over a 90. They do not only drive you physically, they drive you mentally with proper meal plan and follow ups. It's a place of love and high moral If you are in ilorin axis and you need a place to workout either to stay in shape, to loose weight or add weight, this outdoor gym is your best bet. I had most of the best outdoor experiences here and now I do not worry about weight sometimes because there's a lot I can do without it. They'd teach you how to be independent, how to stay disciplined and how to stay motivated!! Amazing instructors The Gentlemen are called LIONS here While the ladies are referred to as AMAZONS. Shapes and fitness, the only place that builds physically and mentally...the motivations i got from shapes and fitness is 100%..even when i thought i couldn't do it, i was lifted by shapes and fitness and till today i have full courage to myself...thanks shapes and fitness.
