The Federal college of Agriculture Ishiagu was established as the training wing of the Eastern Nigeria research station in 1955 at the parcel of land now housing Michael Okpara University of Agriculture in Umudike, Abia State Nigeria. Following military decree of 1993 it was reallocated to its present location in Ishiagu, Ebonyi State. The college rigorously train students in character and learning and has an age long standard for academic excellence.

A college of agriculture. With maximum learning experience and teachers, the present provost makes sure all Learning facilities and equipments are provided for. And it also has a good reputation, low cult activities catchment area and what have you.
Great place to be. Nice Polytechnic, with much capable hands.
Beat my expectations
This school was originally at Umudike Umuahia in Abia State. but when approval to run Micheal Okpara University of Agriculture was obtained it inherited the school premises thereby prompting the relocation of the Federal College of Agriculture to Ishiagu. Interestingly the school has Chinese Language Learning Centre
The only Federal College of AgtAgricult in the south east of Niger. A good place to be and a nice learning ground for the future leaders who strive for self empowerment. In FCAI, there's no dull moment; you get to be up and doing to meet up with the academic demands. The current provost, PROF.MRS J.U. MGBADA is really moving this great Alma mater to where it ought to be.
