General Overview Paint Lagos is focused on documenting the history of Lagos State; and this year we will be working with 250,000 children to document the story of Lagos, as we create the Lagos Historical Painting. This will be a collection of children research and contribution to make a 380.5sqm painting. Specifics This painting will be a brief illustration of the story of Lagos state from 1967 till date, the rich history of pre-Lagos creation and the post expectation of what Lagos should evolve to. The painting will also include portrait paintings of all the past governors, oba’s, landmarks, achievements, transportation evolution, industrialization, culture and lifestyle of people in Lagos state. Furthermore the painting has been broken down to 150 canvases, 50 each for pre-Lagos, Lagos and post Lagos.
