The hall belongs to the Iwo community, supervised by a body appointed by the people. The hall is not well maintained but it is spacious and can house a lot of guests-up to about 800 people. There are no air conditoons in the hall but there are places where you can fix fans, when properly arranged, it can be a beautiful hall. Parking space is wide and locating the place is easy. Security is poor though unless you bring your own personal security.
