Journalists Initiative for Youth Empowerment (Ji4Ye) is a non-profit media organisation that works with and for young people in Nigeria on the issues that affects them daily. Our thematic areas include agriculture, health, environment, education, sanitation, gender, peace building, democratic governance, entrepreneurship among others. We develop and implement transformative youth-focused communication programs, especially Social Behavioural Change Communications (SBCC), communication strategies, campaigns, messaging and content creation, training and capacity building, advocacy, dialogue, journalistic reporting and media material design and production (visual, audio, print, photo, web, mobile and social media). Ji4Ye is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission-CAC/IT/N0. 60372 in 2013, and also recognised by the National Secretariat of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ)-Ref:NUJ/CAC/1/II/12/Vol 1.
