Nice services and a smooth journey but my sitting position was very bad due to my heights am tall and couldn't stretch my legs I had to complain to the captain and he change my sit when someone dropped at his destination. But I love his driving skills

God is Good Motors, is gradually depreciating in their services to her customers, Nigeria don't have a very good transportation company with the packages GIGM is having. They have to up their games, train their staff to always be polite to customers. This Kaduna park is very ok but the company as a whole is loosing their focus. More of their drivers are now very rude and drive carelessly not like before.
Late availability of bus, imagine portharcourt bus coming from Abuja on the same day of departure. Bus arrived 8:30am to Kaduna and left for ph 8:58am. Got to Abuja around 11am. Had to tell my wife to get down from the bus n use flight. Worst, unprofessional treatment I've ever seen. Till date, nobody contacted us to know why a customer had to come down from the bus and discontinued her journey. Same bus carrying portharcourt, Benue and bayelsa passengers.
No longer very reliable for travelling to certain locations so inquire before hand. Earlier this year I had quite an experience travelling to PH. It's sad how GIGM is phasing out of the transport business. GIG-Logistics is still superb though.
I visited the GIG office at Iyana Ipaja. The place is always alive, 24/7. The onboarding experience is warm and pleasant. You can only pay online/transfer. Sometimes, the travel schedule on their website is not what you will see when you get to the park, hence, arrive very early to avoid disappointment.
Is a very good logistic company, I enjoy every beat of my journey with them.
