I wanted to get a Nano-SIM for my new phone. They were out of Nano-SIM's and had to cut my own SIM to size, so that was a let-down. Otherwise, they were well-organized and quite helpful.

Things are done orderly, and you must respect the cue just that waiting for the cue to get to your turn is so annoying
