I wished I had listened to reviews that said they were horrible because my experience with them almost made me ill, this company should not be allowed to operate if Nigeria was a good place because the level of callousness and disregard for people is unbelievable. I shipped am item since February and 2months later I couldn't receive it, the first time shipping with them half of my items were broken and stolen but they kept denied. I have tried reaching customer service but that doesn't exist because they don't care. Save yourself the stress and don't bother.

Worst company ever, use their service at your own risk. I sent an item since Feb 13th and the receiver is yet to get it. Even after one month and two weeks, no update from them. I was told the receiver would get it in less than 2weeks, after one month and two weeks, still no update. I will sue them soon for refund
if there is any word more than worst, my sis sent some items to me through the for more than six months now have not gotten the items, no apologies, no call no text nothing to show they are sorry for the delay, been to the office countless time here in Nigeria and and my sis too been to there office at Houston Texas and they keep given excuses... its frustrating service zero...
Adelove shipping is extremely bad with customer service. It's like they all compete on can get you the most angry. Very terrible service for a company that spends so much on online adverts and signing new celebrities. They lack communication too. No response whatsoever on your shipment, you see it when you see it (this was the response i received from one of their staffs KUNLE by name) They are the worst of the worst
