This is the worst mechanic workshop ever in Nigeria. I am a very liberal person and will willing give 5 stars because people impress me easily and I understand the dynamics of operating in Nigeria. However, these people lack competence, customer service and are not solution oriented. My Ford Edge has been there for the past 7months with no solution in sight and I keep spending money. It is one issue after the other. They will say it’s one issue today after paying huge amount to resolve, it will not work and they will come up with another one. The worst part was that I asked the driver to pick the car for a test run during their phases of erroneous fixing and these people insisted on me paying balance. After the balance, the car still didn’t work. This was 3 months ago and they still haven’t found a solution. I’ll advise that you shouldn’t be deceived by their sweet talk and perceived competence. They know nothing!!! I just want my car fixed cause I have spent a lot trying to fix it!

I got very disappointed with my entire experience with this auto shop. It is important when we praise or condemn people that we give specific details so that it will not look like one has been hired to do so which I have seen happen a lot of times. I took my ford edge to this so called auto centre believing they are professionals. The car had a gear issue and after they told me I was to buy another gear which I did, they started coming up with issues. Professionals as they call themselves will test the car for two days. I will test it for just 15 minutes and we will all realise the car still had issues. We did this for the best part of six months. The most annoying thing is that each time, they will tell me to change another thing that that is the problem. Once I change this, they will come up with another thing. It became an issue of incompetence and at best trial and error. I had to take my car away with the car still having gear issues. This is after I paid heavily for the gear and other parts.They are not only incompetent, they are also very fraudulent. They told me they changed my Transmission control module which I later realised it was the one I bought and gave them that they installed. God will take all the money you collected from me back in many ways.
