I saw a pair of shoes and checked if it was available for sale. It was instock so I decided to make payment before delivery as assured that would make delivery faster as i intended gifting the shoes in a few days after I made d purchase. A call came in from one of the customer representatives that the displayed shoes were out of stock and I would have to wait 20-30working days to get it. That would not be convenient as it wouldn't fulfill d purpose for which I was getting the shoes. I asks for my refund and I was initially told by the customer representative that I would have to wait 5-7working days to get my refund out. I told them that would be too long as I needed to get the shoes elsewhere with the money to avoid further disappointments. I was assured there and then by the Manager in charge of Operations via mail that I would get my refund in 48hrs,that the shoes being displayed was as a result of technical errors. Its been over 3days,nothing has been heard from the stores,not even a mail to reassure me of getting my refund or when I would get it. So I give them 1star. If I had my way,I would give them no stars at all.

All their items are on preorder but it’s not stated on the site, I asked for a refund and almost 2 weeks they refused to send me my money. They have the worst service, I commented on their Instagram they ignored.
The business is a scam and needs to be investigated, its over 3 months i returned an item and I am yet to get my refund.
I ordered for glasses on bentigos over a week ago and I got a mail that the item i bought was in the local hub and would reach me in 24hours but it's been over 3 days and I still haven't gotten what I paid for, why would it take more than 3 days to get an item delivered within the same country, terrible service!!
