So some of these bogus candidates secure high profile employments at the detriment of the employer(s) leading to loss and/or damages to the innocent employer, and by the time the cat is let out of the bag it have become “medicine after death”. The question is who’s lost out? Of course the unknowing hardworking entrepreneur, reason why some organizations staff turnover is usually very high due to lack of fully vetted quality staff they employ.
