We are passionate about healthy diets and we take nutrition seriously. Cowpea related meals are very nutritious but take too much time to prepare locally. We have come up with a product that reduces the preparation time for cowpeas, reduces anti-nutritional factors while retaining the essential nutrients in this protein laden product.
