Fun Fact: Daniel Kolawole Olukoya is a molecular genetcist who graduated from the University of Lagos. This research facility was donated by D. K. Olukoya in 2017. The facility works with Vitafoam Nigeria. Essentially, the place is used for testing and research. The testing is done on polyurethane with is popularly known as "foam" found in beds and mattresses. The foam can be tested to check its standard, quality and so on. The building itself is beautiful inside and out, and it has a very big parking space, as well as wheelchair accessible entrances. It does not have elevators. And it is located right opposite the Faculty of Engineering.

Pleasant
A central research center donated to the University of Lagos by Dr D. K. Olukoya, the founder of one of the foremost religious bodies in Nigeria - The Mountain of Fire Ministries. The research center is located behind the Marierie Male Hostel and opposite the Workshops in the faculty of Engineering. The center is reserved for the postgraduate students for use in their research. And it is furnished for that purpose with research related facilities. The building, which also overlooks the Sofoluwe Park, is less than 10 years old.
