Glad I found a gym close to home and close to my office. Glad I found people who take fitness serious and are caring enough to guide every person through the best routine for their body types. It might seem like a small venue but big things happen here daily. The aerobics classes are really enjoyable even if they stretch and wear me out. We have had yoga, Judo and those Tabata sessions!! Lol. We added aerobics in a swimming pool just recently. Fun place to be.
