Frank's kitchen is all about healthy eating... Its also all about preparing our food in a healthier way and retaining its nutrients. Personally years back I had issues with cold, I couldn't stay under the fan, sit outside for fresh air or even wear wear sleeveless shirt or blouses. Then I came in contact with frank's kitchen and he (mr Francis) made lemon therapy drink for me, and since then have been better... I can wear whatever I like, stay under the fan and not complain about catching cold.... We will all learn a thing or two from him.....

My family and I had an educational experience having Frank's Kitchen's team improving our metabolic rate and immune system. Not only did we learn about nutrition, Frank trained our cook how to use the amazing Salad Master cookware. In addition, Frank was very passionate about hygiene in the kitchen, he made it clear that food is the original medicine and that the kitchen should be as clean as a clinic. This isnt like any other nutritionist, Frank's quality is teaching the practical side of being healthy. Knowing how to cook your vegetables in order to get the most out of its nutrition. Instead of going into an office and having your doctor tell you what you need, Frank shows how to get all the nutrition out of any food. I don’t even know or where to start from... I join this revelation and eating healthy movement early last month September first with the results from the lab that my LDL cholesterol was high.. I was actually worried for the first time because I went home google the implication and discovered the damage it could cause to my body couple with the fact of seeing people around me suffering from heart disease,cardiac arrest and stroke which bad cholesterol has been reason.
