The experience with a lady in charge of the data capturing department whose name I later found out was Debby is very distasteful. Very rude and cranky lady with no iota of proper customer service relationship. Terribly insulted myself and my family when I pointed out to her that she was being unnecessarily rude. Looking forward to contacting the person in charge of the company and necessary authorities to make a formal complaint. The lady is terrible for the company's image and reputation. Thanks to Mr Tobi, the old man who acted as the cashier and another gentleman I presume to be the manager for being helpful and carrying out their jobs diligently and respectfully.
