It's over 48 hours already and my mum's PCR results are still not on the portal. The designated numbers are switched off and the rep on the general number keeps giving me the run around, so we still have no PCR results. Now they're telling me we'll send the results as soon as possible with no day or time in view. Mind you, the test was not cheap at over 50K, yet the service is so shoddy! Update: Medbury made efforts to apologise for their service we received and finally gave us the results albeit late. They still need to improve on their communication channels though.
