I live here and it's not as good as people say. Though I don't like to taken the image of the estate, I also don't want people coming here just to regret their choices. The estate is undeveloped and estate beautification has been stopped. The houses r nice if you get the right people to build it, some roads are still filled with sand and grass and residents were submitted to gathering money for the finishing of their streets. Light is better now but sometimes we don't have light for days, water is less than available most of the time. The swimming pool was never finished, neither was the tennis ball court even though it's good enough to be used right now. The park that was meant to be a leisure place for children and adults alike has involuntarily been turned mostly unsafe for those purposes. The management is very poor here but the one good thing about the estate is that we have weekends prayers every Saturday morning and it is a God intervened estate. We here can only hope for better improvement in the future. God bless
