Located along the old Marina road, one would expect better. Had to climb 7 flights of stairs as the elevator wasn't working. Personally, it would have been a "walk in the park" but there was no light in the stairway either. More attention has to be given to facility maintenance.

The Reinsurance House is one of the oldest skycrappers on the Lagos Marina. The multi-storey building is offices on several floors while LG electronics showroom is on the ground floor. It has elevators but not Wheelchair accessible trails but ramp can be provided to make this possible.
