Did a Search with Omonile Lawyer when i wanted to buy a land from a real estate company in ibeju lekki i saw on instagram. What the company promoted on Instagram was totally different from what they wanted to sell to me. Very happy to have discovered the truth after investigating it with Omonilelawyer. omonilelawyer is God sent. I was about to buy a 2 plots of land in ibeju lekki and the seller kept on bugging me to buy the lands because it was going for N5 million for both of them. When i asked the seller some questions about the documents, he kept on shifting the answers and because i have read omonilelawyer's blogs extensively previously so i knew something was not straight forward. I decided to contact him to help me investigate it and the search result was shocking. The land had no good document, it was a committed land and the owners were peddling fake excision to deceive people. It was an eye opener for me and i thank omonilelawyer for helping me save my money. I immediately stopped the transaction and used the money to invest in something else. If those crooks have stolen my money, i would have run mad.
