I’ve ordered Roses for my wife from Royal Roses a couple times now and I’ve also ordered from other Florists as-well. Royal Roses is by far the best Florist I’ve come across in Lagos. I personally found their roses very high quality and they were well packaged. But for me the customer service is the best part about them. From the moment I reached out on Instagram to order flowers, Ego the owner was nothing but friendly and understanding and all the times I’ve ordered she has always gone the extra mile to make sure that I’m happy and my wife is 100% satisfied with the flowers . We all know how this Lagos is...I’ve had a lot of bad customer experiences with florists and other businesses who have been rude, slow, late, wrong order etc. So I know this kind of customer service is really rare in this city and I’m going to keep supporting by using them again. Good job guys. Please keep it up.
