Sbm Naturales products are next to none. I have been using Sbm products for over six years and everyday it makes me closer to nature as there are no harmful ingredients hence safe from age zero.
Myself, husband and sisters have been sbmatized. Hubby loves the ashwagandha, it also makes work out easy and makes him work out more (Now you know), Maca also makes him work more in the oza room. Tummy flush, matcha tea is bae.
I decided to purchase products from this vendor because of these reviews but I was terribly disappointed. The customer service is horrible. I paid for some products mid December and I heard nothing from them concerning when the products would be delivered. I dropped messages on their Instagram page and they kept deleting my comments and blocked my page. I tried contacting them on Saturday but they told me they worked mondays - Fridays but are quick to respond to unsuspecting customers who want to buy from them when they drop comments on Saturday and sunday.(this was not stated on their bio). Not once did they apologize for the delay in delivering my products. Thankfully, they can't delete my comment here. I would advise everyone to avoid purchasing anything from them. Up until now, no information on when they would be delivering my products or my refund. They are scammers. Avoid them!

This company is a scam, they took my money and blocked me, claimed i didn’t pick up my call and i shared my call logs with no call from them. Who blocks a customer when an item hasn’t been delivered, their customer service is zero, pls refund my money
