This facility has dedicated staff and MD. They provide TB services aside other services. So, if you know anyone that has been coughing for 2 weeks or more., refer them to St Luke's

I have to wait for over 2 hours to see Doctor. Only one nurse to attend to people and only one lady at the reception.

This is a private Hospital that has facilities for in and off patient. This hospital has a sizeable car park. Both cash and POS are accepted for payment of any service rendered.

Good hospital, experienced specialists, dr denloye is awesome! My case at the time was an emergency one, they attended to me without asking for a dime until i was stabilized( very rare in nig hospitals)

I actually came here to strip this hospital of all zero (0) ratings and send all its ratings to the negative... it’s due for a revamp. I’m completely unimpressed by their services... the waiting time for medication is ‘x’ as they’ll conveniently tell you the nurse is attending to someone else upstairs. Their medications are extremely overpriced, and don’t even work. The two times I’ve gotten malaria treatments from there at exorbitant prices, I ended up buying my malaria drug later with my own money to get myself treated, as their medication never worked. The doctors are fairly okay, but it’s just sad they don’t make up for the overall service of the hospital. I very much align with the recommendation to yank them off all HMO services... For me, I’m in search of a new HMO service around Sabo Yaba now... I’m officially done!

This hospital lacks competent doctors. The times I went there I was misdiagnosed severally!

Update: Today I would like to strip the hospital off of the two stars I had given it. If you need to see a doctor urgently, don't come here. You would be neglected for a long time. For an hospital, the service here is terrible quite frankly. Annoyingly slow. It's like spending a crazy amount of time in traffic to find out there was no justified cause. No one seemed to really give a hoot about the patients. Very banal customer service skill at the front desk. Zero communication. After my vitals was checked, I was kept waiting for over an hour. And to think there was just one patient before me, I couldn't understand the delay. Can you being asked after waiting for so long: "Please who are you here to see?' Poor customer service skills. No empathy. No sense of leadership or direction especially in the evening. Workers prefer to chatter and sit in watch the TV not even minding the patients that are waiting. Poor communication style. No updates. No feedback. No follow ups. Wow! Honestly, I don't think it's a competency issue. There a good number of experienced workers and a long list of qualified and knowledgeable doctors here. It's more of a Management issue. Poor work culture. Generally, they didn't seem to be fully interested or eager to do their job. It's either they don't feel incentivized enough or it's just poor work attitude or both. They literally abandon you. That's how you feel: abandoned. No star at all!
