This place is a good quiet place The estate is still under construction, the roads are bad and there are lots of disperse shops like barbing saloon, hair dresser, drinks shop, food cateen which support opay delivery, The floor of the estate presently is mainly Red sand There is no football field or any large open area for fun purpose. It mainly a residential area The unique estate is part of baruwa inside... From baruwa inside u can pass there to baruwa or abesan gates which leads to gowon estate as well The estate is not too big and presently there is no security gates in the estate has well has no beautiful good building The estate also leads ashipa road which leads alaja road which leads to ayobo Magida bus stop Thanks....
The roads are seriously bad and worst including the power supply of one day on one day off! Seriously annoying.
Very cool place and safe but the roads are not too good. The road lead Makinde and also lead Ashipa Ayoba.

The road is getting better... Very good straight down to the end (construction still ongoing) but roads in between streets to Orisun ain't good but motorable anyway
