The grassroots, and all classes of people in the communities, in Africa, as well as those in diaspora, will be mobilized and educated on their civil rights and their collective rights to self-determination, through discussions and dialogue, published literature, and the social media. The primary teaching and educational tool is the book, “WE THE PEOPLE-Building A New Democracy in Nigeria As a Model for Africa.
