It is a very okay estate... However undergoing a lot of infrastructural development. Definitely a recommended place of residence.

Have one of the best restaurants in the area, Food Culture! Delicious Nigerian foods in a nice and cosy ambience.
Its a Loagos state government owned estate which has accommodation of bungalow and block of flats (8 in 1). Recently, some of the block of flats were demolished and government gave private investors to build proper and befitting structure. Major road rehabilitation is also on going at the same time and by the time all is completed, the estate would wear a new look.

They are security conscious but the roads are very bad especially during raining season, always in black out (you rarely see light here) it's like phcn finds joy in leaving us in darkness! But if you are tired of neighbors stress, wish to have your compound to yourself and you can keep buying fuel plus you can manage the bad road during raining season then feel free to join us here
Good estate, but small properties and lack of constant light
Abraham Adesanya is a Residential Estate on the Lekki Ajah Axis of Lagos State made up of mostly Bungalow Buildings. The poor power(Electricity) supply situation is however a big challenge in the Estate as most have to rely on private alternative source of Energy.
One of the old and as well best estate within Ajah area.
