Great location. Quite, serene and secure. Affords a peaceful, productive and nice lifestyle with 24 hours backup power, a recreation centre with a gym, swimming pools (adult & children), lawn tennis (multipurpose) court, open Club house and play area usable for small children. Also there is a unisex salon and neighbourhood store. The homes are highly contemporary and the entire Estate has that contemporary feel. Actual name of the Estate is Richmond Gate Estate (now Phase-1 because Phases 2 & 3 now exist). But it is mostly known as "Haven Homes", which is the name of the developers.
