Good for kids
If you need a quiet fun place to unwind individually or as a couple or a family, or you need a quiet place for a retreat, I highly recommended the Hedge Resort. It's a beach front resort that makes you forget the hustle of the city of Lagos. Loved the weekend getaway at the Hedge Resort.

You could get lost in the serenity and just be here longer than you intended. This place is best for group vacays. Couples could enjoy it too but deliberately make the best of their experience. Reception is pretty cool PS: make sure you ask them for all you need.

Home away from home
There's lots of work to be done. A place with lots of potential
We rented the so called villa for 2 nights and it was terrible. Upon arrival for check in at 3:20pm we found the villa dirty, unswept and in an appalling state. The beds were made , towels provided and that was it. The master suit had a permanent stench steming from a rodent infestation. We heard the rats squealing all through the night and had to sleep with our masks on. The menu was very basic and the overall service was poor. Do not expect a culinary experience here. The external facade of the villa is falling apart with some of the rotten bamboo and woodwork already falling off, leaving rusty nails in clear view and presenting a danger to any resident. Use of the villa was not value for money based on my experience,if I could give this less than one star I would.
