They have a waiting area with moderate seats for clients. They also have canteens(about 2) for travelers and staff etc. The travelling schedule is usually adhered to by the company. They do morning and night journeys. They also cargo services; transporting goods and wares. While the transport fare for specific destinations are fixed, with seasonal variation, the transport fees for goods and wares are usually negotiable. The waiting area had fans and a television . Travellers who are yet to board their buses can in the meantime view the televised programs at the waiting area. Passengers can also book tickets in advance. However, terms and conditions apply for ticket booking. They also offer courier services. However, individuals expecting parcels or waybills usually have to go to the young shall grows respective office(s) to pick up their parcels or waybill. Apart from these, they also have a few offices accommodating other businesses within the same( large) building. Also their are shops within the building selling provision and cosmetic items etc. Individuals who come to pick up way bill items etc must pass through basic verification exercise. The major one being the individuals waybill number and Phone number amongst other things. You may also have to tell the person on duty the exact content or item you're expecting before it is released to you. Finally, it is worthy to note that the big(luxurious) bus mostly travel at nights while the smaller 10-18 seats passenger buses travel mostly in the morning.

Well organized transport company. Their major routes are eastern states, south south and southwest states. The small busses run through the day why the luxurious busses run through the night.
I used night travel bus to Port harcout. It was timely. They have both long and short bus and also do Night travels. Only sad thing was that I got swapped in Owerri, Imo State before I was then taking to PH. Nonetheless, they are cool.
