You have to go through 2 set of security. Both ask a bunch of questions about why you're there and if you have an appointment..... Being a monastry; women are expected to cover their hair, not wear trousers or transparent clothes etc... The hike to the waterfall is like 45minutes long and another 45minutes back but at the end it might feel worth it cos the cave is beautiful. But, honestly the walk back is going to feel longer so wear comfortable shoes. You need shoes that you can put in water too cos you'll have to walk a distance through a stream.
