Was treated with respect and warmth . The office itself is open and fresh. My issues were resolved promptly. However, because it has NDDC as it's neighbor, it is common to run into agitators and miscreants (area boys) who often demand alms from visitors. 'Shine your eyes' in this neighborhood.

Very cool nice arrangement, strict adherence of covid19 rules, all staffs properly kitted, the building has a cool interior that helps relieve stress of customers quite sizeable if I must say

Orderly! COVID-19 protocol adequately followed. Although my complaint wasn't resolved, I was impressed by how staff are proactive in attending to clients under the circumstances created by the Covid crisis.

Always on point. Nice people and cozy environment. This was a very busy place from resumption time to closing but it now seems relatively dry as other branches have been opened around town although only that of PH mall and PH international airport are functional at the moment.
