After being asked to wait 16 mins for my shawarma and potato chips, they took my order and gave to someone else who apparently ordered more than I did. And so my shawarma came after waiting another 16 mins and I have to say it fell short of all the S.E.I's (Shawarma Experience Indices) - Size, Sweetness, Spice, Sauce, and Sausage). To start with I don't understand how in the world any one can use a half shawarma bread for the sandwich, there was no cabbage, no carrots, there was something cubed that was supposed to be the complementing meat after the sausage which was in fact a processed afterthought that was just thrown in, the sausage wasn't pre-grilled; I'm sure it was just tossed in like the processed white cubed "meat" and then there were raw red onions inside which weren't sautéed for flavor. Everything was just slap-dash. The sauce, if you want to call it that, had no sweetness, wasn't spicy, no mayonnaise, no tart, no life, NOTHING! The potato chips had no taste, no seasoning, no ketchup. It was all deep-fried blandness. All of this for N2,000 is truly unfortunate.

U guys either u chef or ur recipe so it will be worth the amount I'm not really impressed, with all this packaging the sharwama was rubbish....

I drove in this morning to make a purchase but was turned back by the security last for not wearing a face mask. While I commend her for doing her job, I must also state that it has become imperative to train staff to respect customers. You can't lose about 2k because of a mask of 200naira. Secondly, those inside including staff were not wearing masks. She even pulled hers as soon I got back to my car to leave. My question is: Does the virus exist only at the entrance? This hypocrisy just gave me a negative vibe about Dominos.
